For the past month and a half, Rosenborg has tested a light rig that will make the grass at Lerkendal grow better and faster. One is satisfied, and probably the club will buy their own rig.
WORKS WELL: RBK will spend up to EUR 1.2 million on buying 3-4 light rigs like these.

"We are now waiting for the results from a grass expert, and we will know more in a fortnight," Arne Lorentsen of Rosenborg Property says to Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
It looks like a thumbs up for the invention made by local Kolbjørn Sæther, who had noted the poor grass quality that Lerkendal had at times.
"The light rig is interesting for us as we have to prolong the season in both ends, because our location this far north. We have to take steps to ensure a better pitch," Lorentsen states.
During the test period, one light rig has been used at Lerkendal, but RBK needs more.
"We need at least three, preferably four larger rigs. This will cost between EUR 715.000 and 1.2 million," Arne Lorentsen says.
The task will go to the company Mobilt Drivhus based on Jæren on the southwest coast of Norway.
"If we reach an agreement it will be a breakthrough for us," Per Kverneland of Mobilt Drivhus states.
