The midfield talent from Lade will officially be acceptet into the A squad at July 1st, but he has already played in several friendlies for Rosenborg. During the 1st round of the cup, the match against Rissa, he joined the troop for the first time in a mandatory game, and after that he has been a part of the troop against both Tromsø and Molde.
Wednesday he got to play the last fifteen minutes of the 7-2 victory against Levanger. rbkweb.com congratulates Per with the debut!
Ola By Rise promises that Skjelbred won't have to wait long for the next match:
"He is merely 16 years of age, but I feel that we just have to let him play some in some matches in the years to come, so that he may turn out to be a very good player at 18."
