A hard fight for Andresen

Martin Andresen still has not decided on where he wants to play football the coming season. Now, the national team captain has yet another alternative: Panthinaikos.
Rosenborg's adversary in the Champion's League is in fact on the lookout for a successor to Arne Dokken, Erik Mykland and Frank Strandli. Stabæk would rather just rent Andresen out, like they did to Blackburn this spring, and the Greeks are said to be interested in this solution, unlike Rosenborg and Brann.
"For us, it would be ideal to rent out a player to a foreign club, for a good sum of money, " says Stabæk Sports Director Jan Erik Aalbu to Norwegian national daily VG.
In addition to Panathinaikos, FC Copenhagen has still got feelers out.
Martin Andresen is expected to make his decision on a new club before Christmas. To buy out the midfielder will cost Rosenborg a few million kroner, but the price tag will be significantly cheaper than in the case of Alexander Ødegaard; 10 million kroner.
