Out with Fredrik Winsnes and Ståle Stensaas. In comes Jan Gunnar Solli and Bjørn Tore Kvarme. That's status before Friday's friendly against FC Copenhagen. The starting line against Esbjerg begins taking shape.

Per Joar Hansen has, during the week, been able to remove several names from the list of injured players. At the moment, only Ørjan Berg, Miika Koppinen and Robbie Russell are not useable for the first phases of the Royal League. Vidar "Zorro" Riseth, playing with a facial mask after having broken his nose, might possibly be declared well before the Esbjerg match. Still, it's not likely that someone who hasn't been playing since the league final against Lyn on Oct 30th will be playing at Lerkendal on the 12th of February.
Anyway, Friday evening two of the previously injured ones are back. Jan Gunnar Solli has struggled with both his groin, hip and pelvis, but has recovered and now plays from the start as attacking midfielder; while Bjørn Tore Kvarme plays in the middle defence.
Finally a comeback for Kvarme, eight years after he last wore the RBK shirt. Grass-accustomed Kvarme got problems with his leg when he started training in the Abra hall after returning from the Canaries, and couldn't play against neither Skeid nor Brann. But now he's back, and plays from the start against FC Copenhagen.
Solli and Beto plays instead of Fredrik Winsnes and Ståle Stensaas. Apart from this, no changes on the team that lost against Brann on Tuesday. Let's see, then, if the eleven chosen ones get renewed confidence when the show starts next weekend.
The Rosenborg starting line against FC Copenhagen:

Alexander Ødegaard - Thorstein Helstad - Daniel Braaten
