Rosenborg will let Karim Essediri relax during his Christmas holiday in Paris, France, and will wait until January to negotiate his personal terms.

The official transfer drags out, but there is nothing dramatic in this. Essediri has already decided to continue his career in Rosenborg, but the Tunisian international's councellor Torgeir Knutsen has - in cooperation with RBK - decided that the final talks will be held when Karim arrives in Trondheim on 3 January.

According to local Tromsø daily Nordlys, RBK and TIL have agreed upon a payment plan: €245,000 when Essediri signs, and an additional €60,000 after 20, 40 and 60 played games, a total of €425,000. On top of that, Tromsø shall have 20 per cent of the transfer fee should Essediri be sold from Rosenborg.
