Still wants Rønningen

Ham-Kam haven't given up their hope of signing Ivar Rønningen before the 2006 season.
The team started negotiating with Rosenborg already early November, but stalled when the price tag was set at 122,000 euro. They tought RBK wanted too much for the goalkeeper, who did cost 92,000 euro when coming from Brann during summer 2004.
"I haven't been in any new negotiations with Rosenborg," Ham-Kam chief executive Truls Haakonsen tells the local daily Hamar Arbeiderblad.
Coach Frode Grodås still haven't given up hope:
"I have said what my wish is, and have given the message to Truls Haakonsen. Should we not reach an agreement with Rosenborg, we are left with no alternatives for now," the former Norway goalkeeper says.
Ivar Rønningen is, for the moment, ranked as third of Rosenborg's goalkeepers, behind Espen Johnsen and Lars Hirschfeld. In addition, RBK have Alexander Lund Hansen, who is back after being on loan to Fredrikstad.
