Have gone home to Uruguay

Alejandro Lago and Sebastian Eguren went home to Uruguay on Monday to recover, both physically and mentally.
"They need to play football somewhere, and that's what we've been trying to achieve," Rune Bratseth tells rosenborg.info.
The two South Americans will be rent out until June 30th. Eguren will play for his old club Montevideo Wanderers, while Lago - if things work out - will be found in Bella Vista. The last mentioned transfer might end up in nothing due to the FIFA rule stating a maximum of two clubs a year in international transfer operations.
"We'll see if this can be solved. As I said before they were going to Hammarby: Until everything is in order, everything isn't in order," the RBK Sports Director states.
As known, February has been one long farce of transfers. The possible transfer to Brann was cancelled due to questions on work- and staying permits for the players: The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration demanded that the westerners had to take a full and permanent responsibility for the players, a thing that Brann didn't want. The two players therefore got in doubt, and changed their minds.
Prior to this weekend, a loan deal with Hammarby was made, but already on Saturday it was cancelled due to the mentioned FIFA rule.
- Wouldn't it be better to just let the players stay in RBK until summer?
"No, they are eager to play football. They want to go home to work out and practice and get into shape," Bratseth says.
According to plans, Lago and Eguren returns to Rosenborg before the autumn.
"We haven't given them away, they are still our property. They will come back home this summer, but we might find other solutions at that time," Bratseth ends.
