Players on trial sent home

The two midfielders from the Ivory Coast and Uruguay have been on trial for the past few weeks, but none of them could meet RBK's standards.

"'Nicky' has been given the message that his trial period is over, and that no further contact will be made," Knut Tørum tells rosenborg.info.

For Drissa, on the other hand, the door is not completely closed. The 22-year old got some playing time against Aalesund, did reasonably well, and might be interesting on a later stage.

"We will not buy him now, but might recommend him to other (Norwegian) clubs. The alternative for his part is to continue playing for Monastir in Tunisia," Rosenborg's assistant coach ends.
