Testing winger from Ranheim

Robert Vikestad has impressed for local club Ranheim this year. And this week, he'll get his chance on the Rosenborg training sessions.

"He has done well in the 2nd division, and I feel that we now should let him show what he can do together with the A team. At the same time, we will get to see how good the best 2nd division players are," Trond Henriksen tells rosenborg.info.
The 22-year old has a good left foot, and is described as a technically skilled wingman.
"He has a good understanding of football, and a good drive on the field. Obviously he has learned much of use in Ranheim," Rosenborg's assistant coach says.
Vikestad will train with RBK from Wednesday to Friday this week.
"For now, that's all there is. We will do further considerations later. Our hope is that training with us will give him some extra inspiration," Henriksen ends.
