Rosenborg and Brann discussed a transfer for Jan Gunnar Solli.

According to western Norway Internet daily iBergen.no, Brann were supposedly willing to pay the neat sum of €960.000 for the international, but Rosenborg rejected the offer.

It is said that Solli himself did want to move to Bergen.

The whole affair ended in nothing, and Brann instead bought Ardian Gashi from Vålerenga.
