Who will do what?

Not only are two new players joining the squad to Gran Canary. Two new coaches are in place as well.
Even tough both Knut Tørum and Trond Henriksen started their work as assistant coaches before Christmas, the coming weeks' training camp is the first real mission for the duo.
"Now, we work with clarifying what each of us shall deliver. On the Canary Isles, we'll see to it that each of the coaches will get crystal clear tasks. That will set higher demands on each single coach," Per-Mathias Høgmo tells rosenborg.info.
The head coach is very satisfied with his two new assistants.
"Knut and I have worked together for seven years, with the U-21 and women's international teams. He is skilled in a number of areas, and is one of the best coaches in Norway. I am extremely satisfied with having him as an assistant."
The Westerner can do a number of things.
"He's phenomenal at analysis, and played a part in building the system of analysis that RBK uses. At that, he is a good pedagogue and is clever in the skill training work."
- Are you going to focus even more on match analysis in the future?
"It will be an important part of our work. All learning happens out on the field, but we can strengthen this learning, and the patterns of cooperation, through video analysis. We have good experiences with this so far, and as said, Knut is a master in this field," Høgmo states.
Trond Henriksen becomes, as third coach, the "RBK alibi" in the coach line.
"It was important to add one that knows Rosenborg rhoroughly. He has the whole of his soul in the club, and has done a good job with the juniors. At the same time, he's a leader type and an enthusiast, which have good effects on the players," Høgmo tells.
- With assistants this good, you might be able to skip some of the training sessions yourself?
"I will take part in most training sessions, but I might be travelling around a bit working with other tasks," Per-Mathias Høgmo ends, showing Tørum and 'Rambo' full confidence.
